eb13 and a battery % meter

Tomorrow, with update. After we get root. I like touch wiz. I the only change I want is battery%. How do I customize this?

TBA... You would have to flash a battery % mod. Otherwise we will have to wait until we know the specifics behind flashing with the new update.

I thought I had read on some posts that you can not flash this without a theme already flashed. Is that true? Or can I do this over touch wiz?
