Ebay keeps telling me my pix do not have high enough res

Android Central Question

I want to be able to upload good photos and also make some vaca shots jnto canvas prints but they tell me my res us not good enough. I have no idea what settings to use on my Galaxy S8. Csn anyone help. THANKS!
