During check out, enter "CTECH15" in the Redemption code field for $15 off. Not sure if it'll work for everyone, but it did for me.

Verizon phones are GSM unlocked, so you can use them with AT&T and T-Mobile, you just have to manually enter the carrier's APN setting to get data and text to work. No LTE band 12.

As I understand, Motorola do not sell refurb devices to ebay resellers, therefore these are not refurb devices. The seller list it as "new other", so I don't know if they are returned devices, however they have a good rating.

Returned devices could be used for an hour then returned (or even just opened, then the buyer said, "could I get it in red instead?", and it never came out of the box), or used, dropped in water, then returned. You're taking a risk unless the seller is reputable and there's a warranty.

Also, since both AT&T and TMobile have band 12 licenses (although TMobile isn't doing anything there yet, and AT&T is still in the "thinking about it" stage - but they WILL eventually use something that cost them that much money), you may run into areas where you're limited to 3G in the future.

Wouldn't touch this. All probably have toasted batteries inside which aren't removable.
