ebooks and ringtones on Note 2

hi everyone,
I don't know whether this has been asked or not but gotta ask.

I just bought my SG Note 2 and got the Kindle app. but I don't know how to transfer ebooks from my MacBook Pro onto Kindle on the phone.
Does anyone knows how to do this?

Another thing is how do you change the message alert to a custom ringtone and set custom ringtone to each contacts?

First go to ringtones in setting and at the bottom click add and then add the ringtones you want to the list. Then go to contacts. Click the name of the contac5 and scroll down to ringtone and change.

As far as text tones go I dont have the answer you are looking for.

Are your books bought for the Kindle? If not it would be best to use a different app. I use Aldiko on my phone for reading, and transfer epub books from my computer via Dropbox, there are other ways to get them there, but that's what I do. If they are iTunes books, I have no idea on that one.

I don't know how to transfer ebooks from my MacBook Pro onto Kindle on the phone.

If they're books you've bought (or even borrowed from the library), all you need to do is open your Kindle app and look in your "Archive" folder. The books should be there and ready to download and read.
