Echo in sound

Just wondering. I bought one used Honor 4x. It has changed battery, new lcdmodule with spkr. Because it had echo ( sometimes j when calling.

But, problem is still there ! IfI call to someone, he or she hear own voice, like echo. It goes over after 30 s. But it is odd. What to do ?

Do you have a case on it? It could be caused by the case. If that's not it, then I would suggest doing a factory reset of the device, to see if that helps.
