Edge Lighting Only When Screen Off?

I've had a few of the past Galaxy devices so I'm familiar with the Edge Lighting feature. For my S21, I can't seem to find a way to only have the edge lighting work when the screen is off. I think it's rather annoying to see the edge lighting as I'm using the phone, but would still like to have it work while the screen is off, to help get my attention during working hours while the phone is on my desk. On my S10 and S20, there was the option to only use edge lighting while the screen was off.

Any idea on how to do this?

I actually want the opposite effect of that slider. I want it to show ONLY while screen is off. The way this is set up, I get the edge flashing for notifications even while I am using the phone which I don't really like. Flashing only while the screen is off would be preferred.
