Edge screen issue

[Android Central Question]

Hi,
3 days back my s9 got upgraded, and after that I can see something on right side of my screen on edge. It looks same when you turn on the feature edge screen. But it's not same because if I turn on edge screen I can see 2 white long bars one acts as edge screen where i can slide and see apps but the other one is just sits there..even if i turn off my edge screen i can see that extra bar which doesn't do anything but I can see..can anyone explain plz.
