OK- i think i'm going crazy. I've jumped headfirst into android (pre day one convert) and i'm loving it. i downloaded Go Launcher (fantastic) and Folder Organizer (also fantastic). I remember editing icons right on my home page - changing names, resizing but now i can't seem to do that any longer. i'm fairly certain it was via folder organizer but i can't seem to find any help - i've checked their FAQ's on their website but no luck. anyone else use this and can confirm either how to do it or if i'm indeed crazy.

I use Go Launcher as well and if you long-press on the icon on your home screen a menu pops up. Choose the first one, Replace (with a little arrow and shapes) and you can replace the icon with a custom icon. You can also rename with this menu. As far as resizing - I think you can only resize widgets, not icons.

thanks for the reply- are you talking long press on any icon on the home screen? when i do that i now only get the option to delete it. i remember being able to change the name, icon etc but now i can't. thanks again for your assistance on this!

ahh! i finally found it - a setting under Operations - select Popup Quick Menu! you definitely helped by steering me to the right app - i couldn't remember if it was golauncher or folder organizer - thanks again!
