Eduroam wifi credentials not remembered

Hi everyone,

I am new here and this is my first post.

My phone doesn't remember the Wifi credentials for the Eduroam network. I talked to the IT department of my institute and they don't know.

This only happens to me, all my colleagues are fine.

Attached a screenshot of the wifi settings. I choose: PEAP, MSCHAPV2 and the certificate is CA.cer from here: startssl.com/certs/.

These are the settings according to the institute instructions.

The problem is every time I switch off the wifi (every night) the credentials are forgotten. Every day I have to introduce them.

The wifi at home (DSL) is fine.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Are you able to export them once they are saved? Maybe created a back file that you can restore from?
