EE UK and RCS Messaging

I've had RCS messaging working through the Samsung messaging app for months now but since updating to android 11 RCS seems to be broken, it shows as being on in settings and the app settings but doesn't work. I've cleared the app cache, cleared the app data and still nothing, did android 11 break RCS ?

It has been a bit hit and miss in all honesty on my S10+ since I upgraded to A11 in beta. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. It can be frustrating. I am on 3 in the UK and use Samsung messages as well. It is on in settings and I even turned it off and on again. But it is still hit and miss. It has been raised in the beta community forums in the Samsung Members app.
