[email account question]

I had a email on my android phone but seem to have lost my setting how do i get it back as i would like to do on my phone i have a email account

What do you mean that you lost your setting? Do you mean you're trying to add the email account back to your email app? Or were you using that email account as your primary Google account or Samsung account to log into the phone?
