Email Apps Corrupted?

In the past month, both of my email Apps have been acting up. I am using AquaMail and Gmail. I can hardly read the text of my emails. My phone and tablet are not experiencing the same problem, just the Pixelbook.
Basically what is happening, is that some of the text comes through, but there are lots of skipped spaces, missing characters, and extra line spaces. It makes reading the emails very difficult.
I am presuming something wrong with the settings on the Pixelbook.

Any suggestions?

Check to make sure Android System Webview is up to date in the Play Store. If it already is, then as a test, try uninstalling updates for Android System Webview, because sometimes an update can actually cause problems for specific devices.

Great! Which was it? Was Android System Webview not up to date, or did it seem like the latest update caused the problem?

I removed and reinstalled Webview. That seems to have solved the problem

Thanks to both of you for the information. I was having the same issue with Aqual Mail Pro. This cleared it up.
