Email badge on lock screen

I have three Gmail account. One primary account is on Gmail app and other two us using the stock email app. Reason for that to keep it separate from the play store. I know if I got text message, there will be icon showing up on the right side of the lock screen and swipe that will take me to unread message. Oddly the email don't. Email icon never show up on my lock screen and is there a way to enable it?

You mean you want the email icon on your quick launch buttons? Settings 》lock screen 》 options 》 shortcuts.

This is what I mean. There suppose to be email bubble icon on the left side, beside the messaging

I didn't think these badges were available on the Note 2, only the Galaxy S3. I liked them when I had the S3.

My friend who have the sprint version is showing the email and the messaging bubble. That why I wonder why my phone is not showing it

Mine does that for stock email and messaging only.
