Email drafts

Hello,

I have a Huawei P10 which I love (upgraded from P9).

I've written a reasonably long email which is in my drafts. For whatever reason when I try to go edit it, my text appears on the screen for a split second then the whole thing disappears then I go back to my menu icons.

Can anyone help me, please?
