Email error message keeps spamming

[Android Central Question]

A few weeks back i rooted my device (samsung galaxy s4 sch i545) and deleted several apps among which i also deleted the email app provided by samsung for this phone . A little while later i decided i didn't need the root access anymore so i lost the root acess , the problem now is that "Unfortunately , Email has stopped" message keeps popping up 3 times every 30 seconds , and i cant get the email app restored or downloaded from anywhere and im out of ideas already . Does anyone know a way to deal with this , please ?
