Email Font Size is small

When the recepient receives my email sent through the LG optimus 4X HD phone (Company Email), the size of the font is too small to read, how can i increase this ? i bought this phone 6-Sept-12.

Go to setting>display>font size> make it large or extra large this will increase the email font size

It is not working... i tried it... this is the only issue i have on the phone, when i send an email, the receipient ( the person who receives the email) see the email text , very small. is there any way to increase it ? I hope you have understood my question.
