Email format

When i open an email the format is much larger than the screen will allow andI can't figure out if there is a way to change this. I'm coming from an iphone which auto formatted to fit the screen.

The Gmail app shouldn't be doing this. It is set to auto fit the screen, even if you select a larger text size. Try rebooting the phone if you haven't already. If that doesn't fix it, try resetting the Gmail app. Menu.. Applications.. Manage applications.. Gmail.. clear the data and cache and re-open the app.
