Email Forwards as Attachment

When I forward an email from my EVO, it is sent as an attachment that some other phones can not open. When my co-worker who has a Droid X forwards an email, it comes in as inline text. Is there a rom, app, or setting that I can adjust to fix this so my emails forward as inline text?

This is not an issue with GMail, only for my exchange server account.

Tried stock, fresh and Cyanogen. Can anyone forward email without it becoming an attachment?

This also happens for a coworker with lg Optimus s. Is it a Sprint thing? Does this happen for everyone?

Is there a custom rom that replicates the Droid X? Since that seems to forward email in a readable fashion, perhaps I could try that. Any recommendations?

I called sprint. It is not a rom issue. This is caused by the network they use for android devices. Anybody else have a problem with that?

i know the Epic did it, my boss went from an Epic to an Evo and hasnst reported that issue. Maybe an Exchange setting?
