Email, Imap push

I have 2 email accounts on my Note, both are Imap. In settings, under sync, one offers 'push' but the other only offers times like 15 min, 30 min. etc.
I also have a BlackBerry, both accounts on that phone are set identical to my Note, but it pushes both.
How/why can't the Note offer push on my one email account when it is an Imap?

Try turning the time to off or none. That's push.

Really? My other account on there actually has a box to check labeled push, this account, even though Imap, only has fetch times listed?
