Email not auto syncing since JB

Need help..Anyone out there having issues with email not syncing since JB? I've tried to change the sync schedule and deleted data and cache to no success. Any help would be very appreciated.

Where do you find Auto Sync enable. I have same issue with razr max hd not syncing email.

Mine is syncing but when I have no emails it says I have (-1).
