Email notification issue

I just had 4.1.2. pushed onto my S3.

Now I constantly get notifications for the same email. This happens frequently regardless of how long ago I received and read the email.

I don't want to turn off notifications all together because they are important to me.


Any tips?

Is this the gmail app, the stock email app or some other app?

To put it bluntly, the stock email app sucks. For anything other than gmail, try a 3rd party app.
