Email on Watch 5 Pro

Is the Samsung email app available on the Watch 5 Pro? I want to receive and send emails from the Watch, without installing Outlook.

This was possible on the Watch 3 Classic, but not on the Watch 4 Classic.

I will purchase the 5 Pro only if I can install the native Samsung email app on the watch; otherwise I'll keep the Watch 3.

The same case remains in the 5 (there is no WearOS version of Samsung EMail), especially since Samsung and MS have their own partnership going, which pushes Outlook as their e-mail tool of choice now.

After I reset my Galaxy Watch Classic 3, I can no longer access the Samsung email app to reinstall. I assume they have taken it down from the Galaxy store.

However, I still get notifications and can read emails on my watch when I receive an email on my phone, which has only the Samsung email app installed.

If I buy a new Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, will I also get notifications and be able to read email with just the Samsung email app on my phone? I really don't want to install Outlook.

Yeah, I use GMail rather than S-Mail, but I don't have an email app on my watch. Emails come in as notifications like any other app, and I can read, ignore and delete them just fine.

For better or worse 99% of the time you won't even know you're using WearOS rather than Tizen. The skin is almost identical.
