Email Parking Huge Number in Sent Folder

I use IMAP with my Droid. On my Outlook, it is parking many, many copies of each e-mail sent from my Droid. I checked this morning and it had 10,501 items in the sent folder. This represented probably only a dozen or two actual e-mails that I sent. It had at least 30 or 40 copies of each e-mail. I didn't bother to count, but you get the picture.

What in the world is going on?

The e-mail program is really starting to suck! There has to be a better program for e-mail with POP/IMAP. Recommendations to date have focused on Exchange. I don't use Exchange.

I assume you're using ther native app?

K9 is what I use, it works reasonable good with yahoo on an IMAP setting. I don't use outlook tho, I just use web based yahoo etc.

It occasionally leaves a few "drafts" in the draft folder, occasionally pops up with past deleted emails returning as new. Otherwise, I have not found better. But, I still look to find something that improves upon it.

Wish it had a way to make the fonts larger as they are small.
