Email problems

My friend has an Evo 3d and is having email problems. When he receives an email with an attachment it automatically downloads it to his sd card. He doesn't even have to open it and this happens. This is on an exchange server email. Thanks for reply's!

You don't give a lot of info but most email app have a setting which sets the rules for attachments
