Email refresh issues

On my EVO, I'm having issues with the email. I've had the phone for a month or so now, but over the past week, the phone will empty out all of my emails and re-download them, marking them unread. I'm using a Comcast email address, and again, it was working fine for a month. This is a huge pain when I have to go through each of my hundreds of mail to show they've been read....only to have the phone re-download them again...

*sigh*

Anyone have any advice?

dump the Comcast email and switch to Gmail.

Thanks Gekko...but not an option I want to take at this time.

Does anyone else have any advice? Had this happen??

While I do not have Comcast and not sure if this is your problem but I set my email accounts to leave all messages on the server. That way I can access them from any phone or computer and they only get deleted when deleted from the server.
