Email sign-in failure after ICS update

Anybody else with this issue? No problems with Gmail though. I've checked my settings and everything is good with my email provider. I didn't have this issue with GB.
 
Im having that issue. I cleared email and exchange data then wiped recovery cache. Havent had the issue sense.
 
This may be the type of Exchange server you use AFAIK. Do you have an alternate server you can test on?
 
You'll have to forgive my ignorance here, but how would i go about changing or knowing if i have a different server? Would you by chance mean changing the settings in the email app? All of this is pretty foreign to me, came from a BB.
