Email sync faster than every 15 mins

Anyone know of a way, or an app, that allows email syncing faster than every 15 mins ?

Well, every time you open the app it should refresh.

Well yes, it does that
However one of the email accounts is set up as an exchange server account and to "push", however I have to open the email app
then it "pushes" and I get notifications of emails.
That doesn't do me any good. Am I suppose to open the app every hour or so to even know if I have any emails ?

That may be fault of the app developer. Have you emailed them?

Actually I got it working with the "stock" email app that came with it, I assume the "standard" Android email app.
- Rebooted the phone.
- Then after I open the email app, I just go back to my home screen and "not" delete it out of the running task list

Works fine now.
