Email Sync

I used to have my email sync set to manual. Now after the last update, I can't seem to sync manually, the settings aren't there anymore. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I apologize if this is in the wrong place or a repost.
I have an att Samsung galaxy s4 32gb.
