Hi
I just got my HTC One M8 and have an annoying issue.
I have setup my IMAP mail account that have worked fine the last 2 years or so on my Galaxy S3. On the M8, the email timestamps are off by 4 hours. Mails sent and received at e.g. 06:00 are shown as 10:00 in the mail client. I have tried several mail clients and all have the same problem.
I have my phone timezone set to "automatic". The phone time is correct (GMT+2 Copenhagen). If I set it manually, e.g. to GMT+1, the email timestamps are off by 3 hours instead of 4, so this clearly indicates a timezone issue somewhere. Timezone cannot be configured in the email clients as far as I can see.
Anybody else experience this? If I check the mail from my desktop PC using Thunderbird as I have used for years, the timestamps are fine.
Help?
