Email will not load - Exchange

My business uses Microsoft Exchange. I set up my new Samsung Galaxy S3 (Verizon Service) with the exchange server. It connected with the server. My calendar appears on the phone fine.

When I open the email app, it defaults to the "Inbox" (of course), and says "Loading Messages" (with the blue arc in the circle moving like it is loading). But it never actually loads the emails.

I switched to the "Sent Items" folder, and it temporarily loads 45 sent items, then they disappear and it starts re-loading the sent items. Every time it gets to 45 emails loaded in the "Sent Items" folder, they disappear and it starts over.

The inbox, however, has yet to load anything.

With my hair line, I don't need to be pulling any out. Help! (please)
