email will not update

My AOL email account will not update on Galaxy note 2 on sprint network. The last time it updated was 9:30 this morning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do

Here's a novel approach... setup your aol account to forward your mail to your Google account. Issue solved.

I'm having the same issue with my Gmail. I have to manually update them.

Go into settings ,looks like your set to manual. That's how i keep mine. When i open email i just hit update. Don't like my email working in the background.

Fyi, ,each email account has its own settings, so go into settings for each of them.

That's the thing. They are all supposed to be pulling the new emails for me and are set to do that. It's weird.

Delete the accounts and re do . That should fix it
