How do I get help with AC account? Emailing "contact us" isn't working

I apologize for resorting to posting this in a forum but I don't know how else to get help. I have emailed via Mobile Nation's "contact us" several days ago and again with the AC "contact us" yesterday. I'm trying to resolve an email verification failure and I certainly don't want my username that I've used for years to be released. Please help! Thanks!
