Emails load and reload

My email always load and I start reading and half way down they reload again and jump to the top? What's the deal?

I even have the problem with Samsung email app. So after searching in the forums so one specified about blue mail and aqua mail apps. you can try them which will be faster in loading emails than samsung app.

It might be the app but I would think others would complain and there would be an update.
