I could have sworn I posted about this before but I cant seem to find the thread.

Anyway, Ill have my phone on my desk and an email notification will come through. Ill see that I dont want it and Ill click delete. Moments later, the same email pops up on my lock screen as if it was a new email again.

Ive even double tapped my phone to wake it, swiped down my notifications, expanded each email, and then deleted it that way. Nope, they keep popping back up.

Ive also deleted emails from my ticwatch Pro. Again, they keep popping back up.

I now have 10 emails over the past 40 minutes that are still on my phone that I have deleted twice.

Its not until I actually open up my phone and go into the email app and then swipe to delete it there does it actually go away.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I think that's the normal behavior, if you swipe them away in your notification panel that's just putting snooze temporarily until you delete them in that app or if you read them in the app itself should not get that notification again.

Edit: it's a reminder in notification panel , hey read me or delete me otherwise I'll keep notifying you.

Right, theres a difference between swiping away and actually deleting. If I swipe, they go away from my lock screen. But if I delete, its supposed to delete from my in-box. Sometimes it works, other times like right now its being really annoying. Emails from an hour ago are popping back up on my lock screen as if they are new emails.

Yeah, swiping just snoozes them temp , try reading or deleting in the app or those notification will pop back up

What email app do you use? I use Gmail and it works just fine unless the email itself can't never be deleted even within the app. I had a few occasions like that and I have to remove the email account from Gmail and add it back to reset it.
