Emails won't load

When I open emails, it says "loading" but nothing ever appears. My email account is an imap account through inbox.com. I have tried deleting and re-adding the account. I have tried adding it through 'accounts and sync' to no avail. I am at my wits end. I factory reset my phone and started fresh last week and have not been able to get it back up and running again. It ran before the reset no problem. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Look up this company and make sure you have the right settings in your email program even though you set it up as IMAP. You might have to go POP3
