Emails won't save once read.

Hi everyone,

Ahhhhhh ive tried everything to enable my emails to save once i have read them on the generic email app (not the Gmail) .

Is there something im not doing

Can anyone help please!!!

Hello. Sorry for the delay. Are you talking about the stock Samsung email app, or which device do you have.
