Emergencey info button missing after Pie update

[Android Central Question]

I just got the Pie update the other day for the LG G7 ThinQ (I'm on Google Fi), and now I notice that my emergency info button on the lock screen is gone. I can't seem to find a way to get it back. Some sites say to look under "about phone", but there is no emergency info tab there. Other sites say to go to the "User" tab, but I don't have one even under "Accounts". Does anyone know how to put emergency contact info on the lock screen after the Pie update (other than the 50 character "contact info for lost phone" field)?
I thought that adding emergency contact info to the lock screen was a standard Android function. Has LG disabled it?

Sometimes they move things around in new updates maybe check in the unusual settings?
