Hello everyone, since I don't seen the main post for this issue in plain view for all to see I'm going to reiterate it in this post in hopes that it gets stickyed or what have you...
A lot of people may have noticed that when using the pattern unlock feature after the DL09 update you may not have been able to click on the emergency call button below the pattern! I am certain due to my own testing and what others have found as well that this is the best short term solution to fixing that issue until it is resolved in a future update! (See below)
FIRST what I did was try it out myself by activating the unlock pattern, locking my phone then waking it back up and clicking the Emergency Call button, much to my suprise it did not work like numerous people were claiming.
SECOND I decided to deactivate the unlock pattern and restart my phone, after rebooting I went back into the settings and activated the unlock pattern once more, went through the same steps and just like that, the Emergency Call button worked!
So I hope this will be helpful to everyone encountering this bug/issue for the meantime. Although I cannot guarantee this is a 100% fix for everybodies phone due to some being rooted and others not.
