Emergency calls only?

Anyone else get this often?

I have a red triangle on my notification bar that shows I can only use the phone for emergency calls. Yet I have 2-3 bars -.-

I haven't seen it on an x, but typically indicates an issue with the Sim card or the imie relative to account status. Either way customer chat should be able to help troubleshoot.
