Im totally going in panic now guys, please help!
I did everything I could to resolve this issue with seemingly endless bootloop.

Please help!

You need to pull the battery , wait a min, then replace the battery.
Then boot into recovery mode with both volumes pressed and power held at the same time. In recovery, select backups and restore and restore something stable you've backed up recently.

If you don't have a Android backup, or you were at a specific stage when u got the boot loop, you need to say so so you can get more specific info to fix.

Worst case scenario, you may have to flash stock images to get the phone back up and running but generally that won't be necessary.

Get back with more info.

I have the same problem except I can get it to the stock boot loader but I can get to clockwork recovery to do a restore. Hitting the volume up or down won't change the start icon to recovery. I don't know what to do.

I cant get into bootloadning screen or what so ever. Phone is just stuck on screen with yellow triangle and exclamation mark in it, between pc logo on one side and phone logo on another. The only way I am able to access the phone is through ODIN.
I have a GSM model.

I cant even get into bootloader screen. When I turn my phone on the screen shows me a little icon of a mobile phone and a computer with a yellow triangle containing an exclamation mark in between them, pretty much indicating that it wants me to connect the phone to the computer for something.
I would appreciate a step by step tutorial of how to bring my phone back to life.

You'll need to fastboot.

That is outside of my expertise. You need to search on XDA/RootzWiki.

What were you doing to get you to this point?

Oh My Gosh, its like, I need a miracle from one of you guys to save my day. Please someone...
Have no idea how I messed up this phone so much :(

You will have to connect to a computer and use adb to push the stock images, sounds like. The GSM thread I posted doesn't cover that? I can't really read thru it I am in school.

You can get some immediate help here.

To the op:

Please report back on whats going on. You got it fixed?
Guys here are trying to help....disconcerting when you don't respond.

We need more info or else we have no idea what exactly went wrong; maybe you botched flashing a recovery, maybe you flashed gapps and no roms, who knows! Need info!

Sorry for not responding back.
I am at school now, and cant remember my original password to log into FORUM FROM SCHOOL COMPUTER, so Ive created a new profile.

i HAVE GALAXY NEXUS ROOT TOOLkit installed, but there is nothing I can do with it, since my computer recognizes the phone only through ODIN. How to use a fastboot , as you mentioned, have no idea. I was fumbling around with this issue since morning, and nothing yet. :(

What happened to get to this point? Did you try unlocking? Did you try rooting? Were you trying to flash something?

I understand you're at school (heck, so am I), but we need more details!

Sounds like you are familiar with odin and how to use it, so check this thread out.
Looks like it will do a total wipe of everything including your sd card...but is should get you back to stock 402 and you can start over flashing whatever. Do your md5 checks on all the files you download.

Ive tryed everything, first rooting, then flashing, and when I got this endless boot looping screen, I ve tryed to unroot everything with ODIN. Thats where it all got messed up. In the ODIN recovery procedure, I ve got error at the 72% and tried to reconnect the phone to computer. After this , yellov triangle with pc and phone logo showed up. Looks like I ve fu...ed it totally up.
