Emergency notifications

Anyone seeing this issue. I have this watch for a couple health reasons and falling is the main one. Well this am I took it off it's charger and set it right back down on the counter. I went about doing some things then 20 minutes later my wife calls in a panic and said she needed to cancel 911 then call me back. Apparently my notification system went off and it snapped two pics of the ceiling so my wife thought I was on the ground looking up but unconscious. I wasn't of course. I know there is no way I depressed the button 3 times to activate this so I am clueless here. I have it turned off right now as I did not like the way it scared her so bad. Anyone else ever have this happen?
