emulators and games

Well hello friends. So I have decided that I am going to root my skyrocket. What I want to know is whats the best emulator and where are you guys getting your games. Never tried emulators or games and I don't even know where to begin. So any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are plenty of emulators in the Google Play Store. As for the games, I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to say because that's illegal. Sorry mate.
