Have an un-rooted Doogie V Max.
Android 12.

The phone is encrypted. Does that mean the bootloader is encrypted also?

I want to make the phone hack-proof, and if shutdown, impossible to get into. I use a PIN. How many combinations does it give before it is wiped?

I'm not familiar with your device but on my Samsung it would be under Lock screen>secure lock settings, I'll make a screenshot.

For if the bootloader is locked go to developer settings if you see OEM toggle off or greyed out usually means bootloader locked, another thing if you reboot your device and don't get any messages that says your device isn't secure they would also mean bootloader locked.
