ending calls for no reason and muffled mic?

for what ever reason this phone, just recently (a month or more now) started ending calls for no reason. while on a call i can see the phone light up real fast then the call is gone. it happens to different people at random.

I was wondering if any of you have experienced it. I am about to hard reset it and see if that helps but i hate to do all the work reinstalling the apps i like so much.

also a lot of people (i use my phone for work) comment how the sound is muffled like they are on speaker or a bad bluetooth device. have you all heard of this? again this just seemed to start over the last month or two. or should i say people started complaining about it then anyway.

It could have been an update to an app you have that borked it. Try uninstalling any apps that you have installed around the same time you started having this problem. If that doesn't work, I would hard reset.
