So I was awakened this morning to the booting of my phone. It was rebooting in an endless loop. Take out the battery for any length of time and it continued after powering up again. Called TMo and they didn't ask many questions before offering an exchange. Because I purchased the phone and purchased it online, I was told I need to pay for another phone and when they receive my old one, THEN I will get a refund.
It is pretty crappy that I cannot walk into a store and exchange my phone. Maybe TMo is not as good with customer service as so many have touted?
