Enhanced Email settings Q: how change read/unread colors?

I can't find the setting again. Changed Unread to an ugly blue, but now can't find the place to change it. Help!

Can't be done in stock Gmail... you would need a custom ROM using a different theme on the phone. However, if you want... K9Mail in the android market has the feature to change colors of read and unread emails.

Sorry, this is in the app "Enhanced Email.". I have changed some colors, but can't find the setting again now that I regret me choice ...
