The store manager made a call then decided to make the adjustment. I was waiting for almost an hour for him to complete it but he was having problems. The way he got it done was by giving me a new phone which I found really weird but I can't complain.

he was an idiot then lol, took the guy about that long to do mine too but he was an idiot, i used to run radioshack up until 3 months ago and it should only take 10-15 min MAX

Thanks OP for this thread. I got $30 back before my 30days were up BB did real quick for me surprisingly. i thought I would have to fight a little. They didnt even call RS to confirm, she just knew it was 220 there. My guess is someone came in before me and set a precedent.
