equalizer battery drain

I'm downloaded an equalizer app from Smart Android App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartandroidapps.equalizer) a couple days ago, and it says that it's using 20% of my battery....is this normal....?

That sounds like a lot of battery usage for any app.

I can't get to the link from where I am, I assume it is an audio control app? If so, how much music do you listen to? All day long? If so, maybe that's right, but, I dunno, still seems like a lot for what it does.
