Error 128

Hey everyone, I just installed EH06 last night (before I knew about newer leaks) and it is awesome! Phone is so smooth and FAST.
Only problem I have is from time to time I get no data connection and Error 128. Says can not connect at this time, if problem persists please power the phone off and back on.
Anyone see this? And is there a resolution? I am enjoying the functionality of the phone and have put it all back the way I like it. Really don't want have to start from square one again.

I get this message occasionally and I'm still on EC05. The only thing that helped me was to remove the battery and reboot.
