error 1721 can't install HTC synch software :(

Here's the error message...Tried half dozen times...same message...Palm could be tricky at times but I'm up a tree here...anyone get past this same snafu ????

Otherwise....................the EVO is the dream phone I've been waiting for since the Samsung I-300.
